Not Funny Mother Nature

Woke up this morning to this.........an early April Fool's joke, no it is two inches of wet snow.  Outside my window this morning.

The power went off twice during the night, I assume because of the weight of the wet snow and the wind could have broke some branches which fell over power lines.

Its beautiful, but please bring back the Spring like weather we had earlier last week.

Rain, Rain, Rain

April showers have arrived a couple of day earlier than they should.  However, they are most welcome as, as they say, "April showers bring May flowers"  I am looking forward to that.

Snowdrops are flowering and other bulbs are beginning to sprout from the earth.

The robins are back and I understand the Tundra Swans are making a stop close by for a rest and food.
